Light and fresh tasting. Made my own pico de gallo and added a can of drained pinto beans. Husband really loved it. I thought it was good but not drop dead delicious. Will make again, since it is a good summer meal that comes together fast.

I love this salad! I add celery for crunch, marinaded jalapenos for heat, black beans and chopped purple onion and we wrap it in lettuce leaves. But its great with chips too

delicious! tastes super fresh and is something different from the usual chicken salad, I sometimes use rotisserie chicken to make things easier, but great recipe. Doesn't make a whole lot, I would double the recipe

This turned out very well. I marinated chicken breasts in olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, a dash of red pepper flakes and salt and pepper and cooked it on the grill. Made my on pico de gallo and then made the rest of the recipe as stated. So tasty and really felt like a treat, especially eating it with chips! Will make again, maybe even today since I have ingredients left.

This was good and sooooo easy. I did add some beans to the chicken and we had it on tortillas vs. on chips. Will definitely make again.

We loved this recipe, so fast and easy. We added a chopped tomato and we warmed the chicken before adding to the salad. Used it as taco filling in warm corn tortillas. Served black beans on the side. Even served it for last minute dinner guests. They thought it was outstanding! Very versatile recipe!

I am giving this recipe 5 stars because the time it took to get it to the table (less than 10 minutes!!) produced amazingly delicious results! I made it exactly as written. I used a medium heat fresh salsa from the grocery store, which gave it a little bit of heat, and I didn't feel the need to add the jalapeño I had bought just in case. I had to Make myself stop eating this fantastic fresh chicken salad! I didn't think it was quite as good the next day but still very edible.

This is awesome! The lime really makes this dish. I served it over nachos made with black refried beans, queso fresco and cheddar. Also, I used medium pineapple salsa. A little extra heat wouldn't have hurt! Can't wait to make this again!

So simple, so yummy. Used spicy chipotle tortilla chips for some extra kick! Leftovers the next day were just as awesome - all that lime kept the avocado nice and pretty.

Fabulous either as a main dish or a side dish. Also keeps well and flavors come out overnight. I have also added some finely diced jalepenos for additional heat and it was pretty good!

I fixed this tonight for dinner - very tasty! I added 1/2 can of black beans, and some ground cumin for a little more kick/flavor, and put it over a bed of lettuce. Then crushed a few tortilla chips on top. Great dinner for a hot summer evening.

I added a can of black beans and substituted basil for cilantro. Also, instead of rotisserie chicken I used BLSL chicken breasts cooked in a bit of FFLS chicken broth with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin. I used Newman's Own black bean & corn salsa. I served this alongside spicy blue corn tortilla chips and Garlicky Asparagus--I will make this again. It's an easy, light meal that comes together quickly.

Not bad! We made wraps to make it a meal, but I can see where the chips would add some good crunch. Might just add some romaine lettuce next time. Fresh flavors, and the avocado adds a nice creaminess. I added some diced jalapeno too.
